20000 coins lost trying to buy a robot avatar

I signed as Rosa Bonheur at Hearts.
I got 20197 coins today and lost 20000 coins trying to buy a Robot avatar.
I do not understand why I did not get it... I have only 197 coins now!
Can you do something to solve this problem?

We have made it easy to redeem offer codes bought on tourneyking.com at hardwoodgames.com. Login to tourneyking.com go to your account and click redeem next to the item in your inventory

You got it, it just hasn't been redeemed yet.

Currently the way it works is that the items you buy at the Tourney King store are Gift Codes that must been redeemed.

I can see that on your account "Rosa Bonheur" on Tourney King you do have the Robot Avatar gift code in your inventory.

to see that, Sign into Hardwood games with "Rosa Bonheur", and click on that link for the store in the lobby. Once you are at the store, tap on your account name in the upper right corner of the page, and then choose "account".

There you can see your purchase history.

Tap on the gift code for Hardwood Games Avatar, and you'll see instructions for redeeming your code.

I would like to know what the difference between a coin and a token. Also, how many coins does it take to make a token. I have 1710 coins. So, how many tokens do I have? I have tried to by foams for 50 tokens. I get a message telling me I need 40 more tokens to purchase this foam.

Tokens are the currency of HardwoodGames.com
TK Coins is the currency of TourneyKing.com
There is currently no way to exchange one for the other.

Rosa bonheur...that's french, maybe you would enjoy playing tourneys with the flipamies players in the flipamies room...most are french although I am having a really rough time trying to get english ones to play!
