Can Not Unpause.

Ever since Hardwood added then then took away the robots ability to announce their bids { It was very brief }
I can no longer "Unpause" and have to wait until the 3 minutes have expired until the game can continue.
The "Unpause" icon is actually on my screen in the upper right hand corner, but not in the box.
I am using an older MAC: Version 10.6.8.
Can anyone help to correct it?
