HA have power to remove trouble makers from lobby

Recently we have gotten players come in who's main goal is to cause trouble and incite anger in the lobby by arguing a rule or saying they cant get in or they need bux and don't know how to get in or sign up and all it is , is another player coming in holding up our tourney to cause trouble for our players and us and cause us to start late so players will get upset and not play in our room and then talk about us to the same players in their real td nick about how bad we are because we are doing good and their numbers are not doing too well. Can the HA have the power to remove these players from their lobbies because silencing them doesn't work. all they have to do is leave and come back and they are un silenced to cause more havac. ty HA of a league.

Are they coming back with the same name unsilenced, or a different name?

We've had this problem before though not recently. Sometimes its the same nic, sometimes a different one. The problem with TD silence features unlike guide silence features is that a TD silence affects just one nic, and if that player leaves and comes back in even with the same nic, the silence does not stick. Players learn that if silenced, all they have to do is leave the room and re-enter and they can usually get at least one more comment in before the TD re-applies the silence.

If TD silences could be more like guide silences such that it is in effect for the duration for all nics associated with the same account even if they leave and come back, that would help.

TD silences still would be different from guides as the latter applies to a player in all rooms and game lobbies, while a TD silence only applies to the tourney room.

we had a player who kept going out of room changing his clock forward come back make comments again also had one who td kicked from room because was harassing players and they kept coming back in so the tool should work if td kicks player during play they cannot come back im talking this player was a watcher kept jumping back in

I think a td silence for all nicks under that account would be great as long as it only applied for that room and that the tds couldn't use this indiscriminately, eg they should have to explain why it was used every time it is to remain a td otherwise I feel this power could be abused, if used properly though it could be a valuable tool to keep drama out of lobbies

1.is there a way to remove players from the list as members when they are not members of the League?

2. is there a way to see who is deleting and or changing our tours that we post?

3. is there a way to ban a person from room that is not a member and comes in just to cause trouble and drama and or to ask our players to leave with them and go elsewhere?

I have a lobby lizard in my room who does nothing but come in and tan. Doesnt play doesnt converse. Just sits in there and its hard on the TD's when they see less in the tourney registrations then what is in the room. This holds the tourney's up by at least 5 to 7 min and looking for the missing player. I thought Hardwood booted people out of the rooms if they sat idle for a certain amount of time? What happened to that?
