Tourney board totally empty

I was going to have everyone sign into TOP by joining the parallel TK event, but everyone including me got:

Server: There was a problem signing up to the event.

Also, I noticed the tourney board in the hearts client was empty tonight.

Pls disregard if you are in the middle of changing something.
