TK tourneys now on Tourney board

It appears that tourneys for TOP designated as TK tourneys (as opposed to MyLeagues) appear on the Tourney board. Hence, I have created all upcoming events through early July as TK type tourneys. While we really can't use TK to manage our tourneys the way we run things, this will give us a chance to use TK as much as possible and make use of features available to TDs that come from them (wake up feature, registration, etc.).

I already had tourneys scheduled into early July. Fortunately the process to cancel events and create duplicates allowed me to delete all those and re-add them faster than the old system would have allowed. That functionality was well-designed.

I won't force everyone to register yet as some people have even recently said they see no TourneyKing.com menu item when they click their names in the player list (which is odd because I have it). I will have to see tonight how that goes as I host TOP at 9pm and will highly encourage folks to do that.

Features we still will need though before we can use it for TOP are:

1) Allowing 2nds to advance (wilds go to semifinals, top 2 to finals).
2) Naming a sub to play if a player disconnects or if a player who was to advance leaves before the next round.
3) Ability to designate which players sit at which table, and/or edit the tables created by TK.

There are nice-to-haves beyond that.
