can not post a tourney close to time

can not post a tourney if it is an hour or half hour before your tourney time and have forgot to put it on board. or even a sour of the moment tourney to post. old way we could post any time and it goes on the board asap.

The list of tournies on the board are updated every 5 minutes. So as long as you post at least 5 minutes before it should show up
